My experience with Tri-City was hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I reached out about a specific car because I already knew exactly what I wanted. Larry replied in less than 24 hours and even sent personalized videos of the vehicle since I was over an hour away, which I really appreciated. He also coordinated with the finance manager, Zach, ahead of time to make sure everything would be ready if the car looked just as great in person. When I arrived, Larry already had the numbers prepared, the keys ready, and the car pulled up for my test drive. The car was exactly what I hoped for, and I loved it. I ended up driving it off the lot the very same day. They had it cleaned inside and out and even filled the tank completely with gas before I left. That level of customer service honestly feels rare these days. The last few cars I purchased from other dealerships came with a quarter tank of gas and interiors that hadn’t even been cleaned nevermind the outside. Larry and Zach were friendly, personable, and great to talk with and they made my car buying process quick and easy.
