After trying to deal with Dylan to close on a vehicle, he neglected to reach back after pulling my credit as there was an issue found. It was around two weeks afterwards that he had reached back to inform me of the credit issue. The vehicle was a rare vehicle and of course was already sold. Absolutely terrible salesman does not follow up lost deal because of I also felt he hated it was an out of state deal recommend taking business elsewhere

Travis with Tri-City Jeep is first class! By far the best purchase experience I've had in my Jeep life. Having a salesperson willing to work by email is one thing, having one that is as responsive as Travis is an entire different ball game. First class communications. Made the ordering process a cinch. I drove from Pittsburgh to pickup my Wrangler and it was well worth the 15 hours round trip. My local dealerships weren't even close to his pricing and I got everything I wanted in the personalized ordering experience. You won't be disappointed here.
