Tri City Subaru

I had an excellent experience with Tri City Subaru from start to finish. I purchased a 2017 Explorer last weekend after finding it online, and the entire team exceeded expectations. Ashley was outstanding to work with, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth. One thing that really stood out was the extra effort from the team. Another team member went out just before sunset to take a video of the vehicle so I could clearly see the color. That proactive approach and attention to detail made a big difference and reinforced my confidence in the purchase. The manager and finance team were equally impressive. They were transparent, easy to work with, and offered excellent warranty options while truly listening to any needs or concerns. The process felt collaborative rather than transactional. The experience was so positive that my mom, who was with me during my purchase, went back the very next weekend and bought a new truck from Ashley as well. That alone speaks volumes about the level of service and trust this dealership delivers. Overall, Tri City Subaru sets the bar for customer-focused service. Bought a used truck from Tri City just over a month ago. I’ve put about 1,500 miles on it so far and it’s been driving great. Had such a pleasant experience with my car buying experience dealing with Greg Bolstridge. He was very much just there to assist when I needed anything or had questions. No pressure to buy, responsive to calls, and was patient with the many questions I had. Very personable and kind. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.
