Dave Fields and Dennis Crilly made buying a car so easy, hassle-free, and even enjoyable. The finance manager was excellent as well. From start to finish, everything was a breeze. Even the detail department is phenomenal - my car was in absolute perfect condition when I went to complete my purchase (which I know is very difficult to do with all the snow and salt currently!). I know how rough going to a dealership can be, but Tri County CDJR was absolutely excellent all around. I highly recommend buying a car from here. Thank you so much Dave and Dennis! I took my car in for a recall service, and I have to say this was one of the easiest dealership experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service department had a very laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure. There were no upsells, no “you need an oil change,” and no list of additional services they found while my car was there. They simply took care of the recall and treated me with respect. That kind of customer experience goes a long way. When I’m ready to shop for a new vehicle, this dealership will be at the top of my list. Highly recommended.

Probably the best car buying experience I have had (and I have purchased a lot of cars). They are super easy to work work, zero pressure, and I was given a great deal on a vehicle that I not commonly discounted and is difficult to find. My salesperson (Dennis Crilly) was superb. If you are in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge, I highly recommend asking for him at Tri County!

I have never posted a review nor feel the internet is the best place to voice concerns but this feels valid and I am afraid others don't speak up. I am here for myself and maybe others. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Jeep service garage from start to finish. Communication was poor, timelines kept changing, and I was repeatedly given conflicting information about the status of my vehicle. What was promised was not delivered, and instead of taking accountability, I felt like I was being given excuses and misleading explanations throughout the process. If you have an extended warranty agreement, good luck with that. The jeep dealership/ garage lied originally they started the claim process afterwards of knowing what was wrong. Weeks later I contacted the warranty company and have written proof of no claim was open or started. The customer service was unprofessional, and the handling of the situation showed a complete lack of care for the customer. Simple concerns were ignored, calls were not returned in a timely manner, and there was little transparency about the work being done or the costs involved. Huge red flags. I trusted this garage with my vehicle and expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately the experience was frustrating, stressful, and handled very poorly. The worst part, my concerns were mentioned at the service management and GM level and the GM did not have time to take any effort to get involved at the customer level. I am still having issues with my vehicle, that the garage had my vehicle for four months and now they got paid the follow up or customer satisfaction checkin is non insistence. Yes, i was told to drop the vehicle off again but no concerns of this is their fault. Never rent a vehicle via their car rental service. Lies after lies were told about four months of your rental will be billed to the warranty company. I mentioned multiple times please let me know if i need to pay. All Lies. Thousands of dollars Bill on the last day. Pay it or leave your vehicle on property. Forced to pay. I highly would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service or honest communication.

Purchased a used Toyota off the lot at Bermont Motors. Salesman and financial folks were great. However sales Mgr Brandon was less than professional, condescending and broke every customer service and sales rule. I requested new floor mats, the set in the car were light colored and soiled, car was otherwise immaculate. I also requested to have the brakes checked. Brandon refused to do either citing " this is a hot car" and he had many others who'd want it, among other things. Brakes weren't checked, bc it passed inspection and he had his sales rep do his dirty work by saying no floor mats. Sorry, if you were a reputable dealer/rep you'd find nicer car mats and take the time to make sure your customer is happy whether they spend 10k or 78k on a car. Lack of respect and poor customer service speaks volumes about the company.
