Tri-County Ford

Tri-County Ford employees were amazing during the purchase of my 2025 Ford Ranger XLT. Dalton Patterson, the sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and very good at explaining everything to me.

I am a life long customer of tri county ford - since I have lived in Lamar, and highly recommend for sales (I have purchased multiple new vehicles from them) the shop(they are the only ones I will let work on any vehicle of mine)! I have never left a negative review but I feel with the experience I have recently received from an office staff employee I need to. The complaint I have is the last few months when I come in to the shop and deal with the office staff all are extremely helpful other than one. I have always had a decent (not great but ok) experience with the older lady in the office (I believe her name is Candee, I could be wrong I am terrible with names with my old age) how ever for a the past 6 months or so her attitude has gotten terrible and rude to customers in person and on the phone including her cow workers. She has a new young lady who is working in the office with her and she is very kind and a sweetheart. If she doesn’t know something she will ask for help whether it’s from the guys across the way or candee her self. I have witness the way she will treat her and talk to her it’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional not to mentioned the way she will speak to her co work in the same office as her is the way she speaks to customers and even yells at them on phone or hangs up on them if she gets up set. She speakers to every one that is an employee at try county like that. If she is not dealing with a customer I have heard her speak disgusting and highly unprofessional about her personal issues (I can only assume) on top of all her hygiene is not the greatest and can Improve a lot. I understand we all have our way of doing things but burping in customers faces and passing gas while at the counter and making it very public knowledge of it is highly unusual and gross. Over all my experience with every one has been pleasant up until recently and the only issue is with the older lady in the office. I highly recommend tri county ford and there staff - however if you can please avoid the older lady in the office at all cost and your experience will be wonderful each and every time.

Fixed in a timely manner. Pricier than was quoted. They wanted to charge $40 more for using my debit card. I promptly went to the bank and got cash. Will use them again if needed.

They were able to get us in quickly, take care of everything we needed and had our vehicle ready the same day.

Everyone here was very nice and accommodating to our situation, long story short we broke down and they helped us out in more ways then they had to. Thank Y'all so much for returning us to our vacation.
