I took my 2024 Corolla Hybrid in for a mid service at 40K which means tire rotation and visual checks which should take about 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I asked for an update they where correcting my email and name on the paper work. I watched the guy doing the 30 seconds correction. He spent over 10 minutes chatting with a fellow employee before doing his job?? They seemed very annoyed I asked why it was taking so long. When I got home I noticed the tires are extremely worn for only 40K on them? They should of pointed that out while I was there? I feel I received very poor service. UPDATE: Just spoke to their Service Manager and now I can see why the staff have the attitude they have. Stay away from this company? It is Not you might have a Problem with them it is just When your problems will start.

The worst service ever. I was visiting the area from Vancouver Island, and stopped in for my halfway point oil change on a month long trip across the states and Canada. Because my truck may be part of a large engine recall regarding metal fragments in the engine, I had asked for them to just take a look for excess before I decide on a northern route or (safer) southern route across the country. The mechanic stuck my oil filter in a plastic bag, threw it on my passenger seat and told me to check it myself. Wow. Really? With my first oil change at home, they were completely fine about checking for me, and told me they would certainly look for the next few changes, as well. But, as I got to my (very new 2024) truck, I saw the mechanic had also taken out a huge chunk of paint on my door indicative of opening it against something, and getting in as the paint was pealed up. The manager was very apologetic and insisted they would take care of it. I have waited months for them to get back to me, or my local dealer who has tried to contact them, after I got a quote for the damage at over $1400! My local dealer said they hadn't gotten back to her, so she offered to deal with it themselves, which honestly just angered me more. It wasn't their fault! Do better, Tri-Mac!

Dean treated us very well here. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and cared about us more than turning a profit, unlike a lot of the other dealerships. I wouldn't deal with anyone else in the area.

My family has always dealt with this dealership because of the great service. I have never had any issues with Tri-Mac until recently. I was told at one of my previous services that my brake pads were waring and they were going to have to be changed before getting it inspected in September. Because I do not live in the area it was easier for me to get another technician to change them so I did. When the technician changed them he noticed that they were still measuring at 60% and would have gotten another year out of them. My father took my car down to get the inspection done and he mentioned it to them. They said there was no record indicating that they had to be changed before inspection even though that is what I was told so they wouldn’t do anything about it. Why would someone fork out over $200 to get something replaced that didn’t need to be!!
