I stopped by TriStar Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram in Somerset PA last Thursday with no intention of buying another truck. I was very much satisfied with my 2025 Ram 1500 SST. Upon entering the showroom, I was met by a young man who introduced himself as Joe Murphy. He asked me if he could help me. Jokingly, I said if you have a Canyon Lake 1500 that has a complete Towing package he possibly could. I then went over to the other side of the showroom to see and speak to Ryan Tennant. While over there speaking with Ryan about 10 minutes later Joe Murphy returns and said Mr. Givler I have your truck outside. I went out looked at the truck and Ryan told Joe to take me for a test drive. We went for a ride and on the way, I really enjoyed the truck. Upon returning to the dealership, Ryan was already working on the numbers and had obtained my payoff from the bank we worked out a deal, and I took the truck home. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Joe and Ryan keep up the good work. I hope the owner Kevin Sergent gives you both a pat on the back for doing a great job. Well done.

Go see Nate for your next vehicle. He is a 5 star salesman who provided a relaxed and enjoyable experience! Unfortunately the dealership’s finance department ruined the delivery with shady tactics. After agreeing on a price our payment jumped by $54/month because the Finance Manager stacked on a warranty while making it seem "included." We were also hit with a hidden $200 fee for a replacement key service that was presented as a free perk. The signing process was a rushed "sign here" shuffle with zero transparency. We still believe the car was a good deal, but the deceptive way these fees were added is unacceptable. Had each charge actually been explained to us upfront, this would have been a 5 star total experience. Instead we were left with a sour taste. A $54 monthly increase might not break us, but it would break a first time buyer just starting out in life. No one deserves to be subjected to these types of predatory practices. A serious refresher on ethics for the finance department would be a key place to start if this dealership wants to regain trust. 5 stars for Nate 1.5 stars for Keri

They had my Jeep for 2 days to do a recall, inspection, tire rotation and oil change. It didn’t pass inspection bc they said I needed new windshield wiper. Had one of the guys come out and show me where the wipers were ripped. He checked them and said they were fine and not ripping. Serve department still wouldn’t pass it. So I have to replace my wiper that are perfectly fine for them to pass my inspection. That was nothing but to get more money out of me.

Very easy to deal with. Non pressure sales forces that doesn't turn you off being over aggressive. They made it simple. I told that what I wanted. Left my trade Jeep for a recall. Came back fours later and they had everything workout in the type, options and $ I wanted. Took 10 mins at the salesman desk and another 15 with the other office signing papers. 25 mins, now that the way to buy / sale a vehicle. Go Somerset Tri- Star.
