Called in to get scheduled for an inspection. Simple. First issue was the girl couldn’t find me in the system when I have taken my car there multiple times over several years. Second issue, she scheduled me for an inspection on a Saturday. I go in on said Saturday and get informed that they haven’t been open for weekend inspections for “at least a year”. Third issue, guy sitting at the desk in the lobby asks if I work locally and tells me that they can pick up my car, have it inspected, and bring it back to me while I’m at work. Girl calls me this morning to reschedule and says they don’t pick up vehicles for customers and don’t have enough staff to do that anyway. Obviously the staff there needs some more training since I got incorrect information from TWO employees. It says a lot when you can’t even trust them to schedule a service correctly. I wouldn’t trust them to inspect my vehicle at this point let alone repair any issues.

Lied to about interest rates for one. Was told I was given something then charged 1200 dollars for it then was not told length of payments. So when its all said and done I will be paying over 1700 dollars for a 9800 dollar car. Not HAPPY

Great progress from the time we walked through the door till we left with our new vehicle. Sales team was very helpful and very respectful. Will definitely recommend it and will probably be another customer when the time comes to purchase another vehicle

We purchased a vehicle out of town. However when Tri Star accepted to fix a problem under warranty . They refused because they said they had trouble with that warranty. Refused to work on vehicle and still charged us because they "looked " at it. Horrible service and communication.

Easy to deal with, highly recommended.
