Nathan was amazing in our car buying experience! I went there to order a 2026 Traverse LT and walked out of the showroom with a 2026 Traverse RS - all because I didn't feel pressured and felt like Nathan was all about helping me find the right vehicle. Traded in my 2019 Traverse that was in super shape. Drove an hour for this fantastic experience. Jonathan was a dream to work with regarding paperwork. Terrific team!

The team here at Triangle Chevy is absolutely amazing! There Service department was class A super super nice and did everything they possibly could to make me comfortable. My car was in the shop all day. They were making sure my car was safe and fixed before I left and I appreciate every single one of them. Even the office people the owner approached me to see if there was anything that I needed. I will be back and I would tell everyone to come to triangle and defend springs. 🤩🤩

I have had 2 cars that have been purchased from Triangle Chevrolet and have loved both of them! The customer service is great and every time I have a problem, the service is fast and dependable. Joey in service is great, and Jonathan in sales helped me sign for my first car!

If I could give a 10 star review, I most definitely would. Today I bought my new truck from Triangle. I saw it driving by this past Saturday and dropped in to take a look. Mike, one of the salesman, met me out in the lot and we discussed the truck and its options. He went back and got the keys so I could take it for a spin. I was hooked. Mike was awesome! In walks Dylan, another salesman, whom I've had the pleasure to meet before when I worked with his wife and spent some time at other gatherings. Mike was gracious enough to hand me off to Dylan to help me out. I had told them I was going to another dealership in Crestview to look at another truck but may be back because this one was perfect. The Crestview dealership dropped the ball completely and my wife and I left without seeing the 1st truck. Back to Triangle! I secured the truck with a deposit and came back Monday afternoon to "close the deal." Dylan came in on his day off to help me! Amazing customer service right there. Between Mike, Dylan, Charlie, and Jonathan, I truly had the best experience at Triangle I could hope for. Thanks to an amazing team of people who care enough to go the extra mile! My hats off to all of you! Thanks so very much!
