Trinity Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Staff was previously friendly until today and they can usually get me in quickly without wait (now I know why) that is the only reason they get two stars instead of 0 or 1. I purchased a used Jeep a year ago from marketplace. Took it to them to do an oil change because they stated they did an inspection with oil change. They gave me a list of items they claimed needed fixed. Later learned a few of the things were fine and should not have needed fixed. Now, I can no longer drive my Jeep (hubby can but I can not because of how hard it shakes) dealership says it is because of the tires (same tires it had before work was done and I could drive it fine) Only worked on it because they said it had issues-now fast forward a year later take it back to the shop for an oil change and inspection (included) told them we are leaking antifreeze and believe it is coming from this hose and asked if that would be included in inspection-response was yes! They called to tell me oil change was done and told me radiator needs replaced and that we supposedly put the wrong antifreeze in it (not true) so now we have all this extra work that needs done. and on top of this they are charging me $140 diagnosis because they took it upon themselves to do a pressure test. I just wanted them to inspect the damn hose that was included in the oil change. They never told me anything about a diagnosis fee. The lady was rude and hateful and said every shop in America charges diagnosis (I do not disagree) -most shops tell you they are going to diagnose and charge you though! After I threatened to give them bad reviews and call BBB and called other shops to see if they would tell me upfront about inspection and they all said they would-they waived the diagnosis fee for me and asked me not to return-oh I will not be returning! too bad too because I am in the Market for a brand new Jeep!

I purchased a car along with a $4800 warranty. They told me they had to send it off to Ford to get fixed. No loaner care. And it can't go in until June 2nd. So I get a call today and they shipped my car 50 miles away. Not where they said it was going and tell me it is $2800 to fix. Im so done with them. I have bought 6 cars from them over the years.

I brought my 2007 wrangler in for balljoint replacement. The technician inspected my jeep n determined that everything needed replacement. They ordered all the required parts, and after the installation, my jeep has never ever driven so straight n well. It rides like brand new. The technician that worked on it, is absolutely the best. I could not be happier. If anyone drives a solid axle they know how it drives. Mine is way above that now. Check them out. Very satisfied jeep guy

I had an issue with my rear turn signal not working. It wasn't so simple as being a blown bulb so the technician did a thorough inspection of the vehicle & found the source of the issue. After a short wait for the ordered part to come in the repair was made. Brianne really knows her stuff and explained the process in such a way that even I was able to understand it!

Scanned my vehicle and knew exactly what was wrong with it. Parts came in next day and fixed it. Great people to work with. This is my fourth vehicle and will continue buying from them.
