Service department is by the far the best I have ever visited within the 21 states I have ever lived. They are HONEST! If you don't need it, they don't push it. And when you do need it, it's done in a rather quick fashion without cutting corners. I would drive multiple hours to continue to have Tripe Motors take care of my vehicles. If I was able to give 6 stars I would, they absolutely deserve the recognition. Will never go to another shop for ANYTHING. Absolute best. Hands down!

Bought my daughter a vehicle there as she lives in Alma and I’m out of town. No fault to them we took the car before they had time to go through it as it was just traded in. Scheduled that for the next week. Found some issues and one was a big enough issue I was a little worried. I was very pleased they got the car in and took care of everything for us. One reason why I wanted to buy it local for her.

I’m from Texas visiting family in the area and my truck starting missing. I took it to Tripes and was told their shop is booked out two weeks Because I needed to get home Brad said he would try and work it in. That was Thursday morning and they found a bad lifter and then a chipped up camshaft. He put a mechanic on it Friday, Monday and had it ready for me Tuesday morning by 10. I’m impressed that they took care of a stranded traveler when they were fully booked. I had four extra days with family which was better than waiting 2 to get in! We were on a road trip when our low tire light came on. After filling the tire once, it was back on in Alma, NE. We stopped here, and these wonderful people took us right away, and fixed the tire in about 25 minutes. Then they charged us a price that was well below reasonable. Prompt, efficient, affordable service. That's as good as it gets.

I just got finished with a very long drive and needed to get my car looked over before the next leg of my cross-country drive. Brooke got me in to get my car checked out last-minute, very transparent with me regarding what they could do for me, and Brad was fantastic, very professional and incredibly helpful. These are some wonderful people that work here, and their time and efforts was tremendously appreciated.
