I had an amazing experience working with Mark at Triple Seven Chrysler. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was patient with my million questions, always quick to respond, and made the entire process enjoyable. He never made me feel like just another sale and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my Jeep. His customer service didn’t stop after I drove off the lot either. He continued to help with questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and I’m so grateful for all of his help. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, ask for Mark. You won’t be disappointed!

Preston Hachkewich at Triple Seven Chrysler really go's above and beyond for his clients. It can be a daunting process when buying a new vehicle especially, when it's your first time. I bought the vehicle in July of 2025 and even after the receiving the vehicle Preston has been phenomenal when setting up service requests and responding to any other matter I have. I visited the dealership to see a 2009 Mazda 5 GT and had an appointment with a representative named Chan. When I arrived, the front desk staff was polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, after that, the experience went downhill. Chhan briefly came over, introduced himself, and told me he would return once the car was ready. I then waited inside the showroom for about 20 minutes with no updates. After that, I stepped outside and waited another 5 minutes, but still no one came to assist me. In total, I waited around 25- 30 minutes without any communication or follow-up. I eventually had to leave because I had work commitments. What’s even more disappointing is that there was no call or message afterward to check on me or apologize. This gave me the impression that my time was not valued and that customer service is not a priority here. Regardless of the price of the vehicle, every customer deserves basic respect and communication. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated. So there is no option to give half star or zero star so unfortunately I have gave them one star still this is not deserve

One year since my brand new car became irreparably broken and you said you’d call “when a fix became available”. One year later and we’re still waiting…. Almost seems like you just don’t honour warranty or something… And don’t bother trying to get Dilawri to help, they simply won’t return your calls either. Happy anniversary, guys!
