I had a truck break down about an hour north this dealership. I had the truck towed there and there technician work it in very quickly for a diagnosis. They called with bad new of the motor had spun a bearing and had been over filled on oil which most likely was the root of the cause for the spun bearing. I had them send me an estimate on a motor replacement due to i was 6 hours from the truck. The estimate was a little more than we wanted to spend so i let them know that we would be down to get the truck as soon as i could get down there with a trailer. Their customer service was outstanding and they kept in touch with me all the way thru the process. When i went to pick up the truck they were completely understanding on why we decided the way we did and were there to help if i needed help loading or anything. Very good customer service and communication from them. I'm only rating four stars because i think there's always room for improvement but overall very satisfied with the service i received from them.

I was well over due, My Oil Change. So, I took it back to Trotter, and they changed my Oil, and set my Tire Pressure, and others Electronic Devices for me. This was done, over an Oil Change. WOW! I'm Impressed...

Promised the world till the paperwork was signed! Said they ordered new floor mats and would replace the broken cb player in the 2017 Jeep Patriot. Never happened! Said roaring noise was tires and I went to a tire shop later to see about replacing those new tires. Turns out the roar was bad wheel bearing ! Watch your back!
