The salesman Asa is the greatest. He forms loyal relationships and devotes impressive amounts of time to ensure customer satisfaction, whether it’s with the sale, service, regulations, or anything else. I had called after hours to double-check the time of my service appointment, and he called me back within a few minutes to find out what I needed, even though my question was for service, not him. And that’s a year later AFTER we bought the car! Impressive guy who ensures the whole place is a top-notch organization truly devoted to putting customers first!

We have been here a couple times for service. We have been so impressed with the organization, amazing customer service, and employees. Every person working there that we dealt with was extremely nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. When we are ready to buy our next vehicle, we will definitely be going there. I couldn't be happier with my experience here, and my new vehicle. I was helped by Asa, and he was wonderful. Still is wonderful, always available to answer any little silly question I happen to have now after the sale too! This was my first lease, and Asa was very knowledgable about every aspect, plus backed up that knowledge with his own experience using Chevy products. Its easier for me to buy something when the person selling it can show me why they use it and love it. Even with having a young child with me, he made the process painless. The service department determined that my old car was not practicable to fix and sent me over to sales. They worked quickly to present options for me and find the car that I wanted in good time. They knew we were traveling a distance to look at and possibly purchase a truck. The finance person and Matthew stayed late that to finish up our paperwork so that we didn’t have to come back.
