Both were informative, straight forward, no pressure sales tactics, and were happy to answer any questions / concerns. They made sure I was comfortable with the process, and the vehicle on delivery. Extremely disappointed. Il start with the good nick and jt were accommodating and made that part of the sale quick and easy and even worked around my schedule. Now for the bad. I just picked up a used 2019 truck about 2.5 weeks ago, I sent my pregnant girlfriend to pick it up and drive it across the city to the east end. By the time it got there the rear back wheel was completely loosened off and swaying back and fourth over and inch side ways. ALL FOUR TIRES WERE NOT TOURQUED. About 3 days after that my check engine light came on and my tail light is blown out. I’ve put 1500 km on this truck and the transmission is done. I do not have a 5th and 6th gear in the truck and needs complete rebuild. After being told multiple times at the desk if anything happens we will make it right, well something major has happened and I’ve been told I’m S.O.L. So yes the sale was good but after then fact I can’t explain my disappointment 52k dollar truck and needs 10k worth of work to get it driving again. At this point I’m going to be going to MTO as this is unacceptable and I don’t trust the safety as they didn’t even torque the wheels.

The best dealership experience I’ve ever had with amazing deals and staff!! Super quick to respond when requesting more info about a car and especially along the way if you have any questions. I would receive immediate updates from them through the process of getting approved to finance a car they are super quick and don’t waste any time. Jamie and Nick were super friendly and helpful and provided the best service anyone could ask for they were even super accommodating for me living a few hours away but they made it worth it! Thank you for the great car and great experience :) I would definitely come back again if I wanted another car in the future :)
