True North Chevrolet

This place talks about transparency " about how transparent they are" which I disagree with. They had a deal lined up for a 2025 CRV sport. It was like pulling teeth trying to get all the information about the car without physically being able to see it. (I live 1.5 hours away) they kept insisting about a deposit that was never stated was refundable. Anyways I drive all the way from Sudbury to North Bay to see the car and make the deal and they sell the car before I even arrive. They knew that but didn't consider my time valuable or that I was a "serious buyer". I also heard them say to the lady that bought it "thanks for comming on such short notice", so they definitely set it up as some kind of a bidding war( they knew exactly what hat they did). Very shady dealership who doesn't give a crap about your time. Avoid buying anything here, based on reviews this is how they treat people. Edit: they used AI to rebuttal my post and lied about how it went... But what does it matter. Why should I call? You had the chance to talk to me before I left the dealership instead you tried to offer me a car I didn't want. You guys didn't give me everything I needed to make a decision until I got there and it was already too late. You called me in sturgeon falls on the way to my appointment with you, you should have just said turn around, we are selling this lady the car. Or here Jeff here's some gas money for your troubles... You gave me incomplete information to make a decision over the phone that you only gave once i was in your office and the car was already sold. Your story is a lie. Just a sorry I feel bad. No offer for gas or any other kind of gesture to make it right. ( Except to be offer another car that didn't meet my standards) Thanks for wasting my time, my gas and my confidence in your shady business practices, spin this how you want but you guys did me dirty

Great experience with True North Chevrolet Parts Department. Sir Steve was very helpful, professional, and quick with my recent order. Everything was handled smoothly, and the customer service was excellent. Steve responded my every message very politely. So lean in price too. I ordered parking brake assembly and both side parking cable for malibu 2015. Peterborough Chevrolet dealership gives me the price 550$ for those 3 parts and I got them in 360$ with delivery to Peterborough. Highly recommend them for automotive parts and service needs!

I'm an Online customer, I have pricing at the my local part supplier and they cant touch what I'm getting parts for @ True North. My two complaints are, first order i placed it was shipped short. Took a few phone calls and a couple of days and they made it right. Undaunted by the first experience I placed a second order. I got an email with tracking number saying it was shipped. Several day went by and the tracking number had no details. Seems their SOP is to post a "your item has shipped" long before they do so, 8 days later it finally is on it way. There is phone number on the online orders site, however they don't return calls from it. Call the dealership if you need immediate help or just want to speak to a person. If you have time and don't mind a little aggravation i highly recommend these guys if you need it now and cant screw around maybe there is a better choice

The OEM emblem was exactly as described. Fitment was perfect (OEM) and my car looks like new again. The price was the best I found for a new part and shipping was fair. No complaints and will definitely return for anything I need in the future. (Pics included)
