Very easy to find I was instantly welcomed at the door and asked how I can be helped. Even though I was there for servicing I wasn't treated as a second hand priority. The drop off of my vehicle was simple all the notes of issues I spoke with the representative were already on the service invoice. I did not have to explain anything with service like that it's a great piece of mind. The only slight issue but did not bothered me at all was the communication part or the findings. I don't expect that is a lack of quality in the business but just a simple slip of human error. Over all the vehicle is running great the repair service and process was unexpectedly fast for the repairs it needed. I had a really great experience getting my truck thanks to Calib. I went in feeling nervous because my credit isn’t perfect, and a lot of places can make you feel small or judged for that. Calib never made me feel that way. From the start, he treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable about my situation. He really worked with me and did everything he could to make getting into a truck possible. He explained everything clearly, was patient through the process, and made sure I understood my options. What meant the most to me was that he didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my credit. Instead, he focused on helping me find a solution and getting me into a vehicle.
