What a great experience! I worked with Randy and Bobby to purchase my new Bronco. They were great from start to finish and helped me, even with my crazy schedule. I had my vehicle in the collision center, and have nothing but great things to say about the labor they put into the vehicle. Running a dealership is such a hard thing to do especially when it comes to teamwork and communication, because they are key. To everyone in the body great work! The panel gaps look better than before, and I appreciate your service. As dealer you guys all must work well together and communicate well. It is rare to find a dealer that has two manufacturers in one place, with great UAW built vehicles. I also want to shed some light on the parts department, as I can tell they have their inventory in order, and are great at ordering parts in a timely matter. Coming from a parts background, I know they don’t always get a lot of recognition. What people don’t realize is parts is kind of the heartbeat of the dealership. I only leave reviews if I am very pleased! So thank you Tubbs Brothers!
