Tumminia Mazda

Took a long while because the car had an issue that was hard to put your finger on, but they were super thorough checking every possible thing. This is a lovely 2 year old car we very recently bought used, still under warranty, they are the closest Mazda dealership to where we live, 120 miles away. At some point they brought us puppies to cuddle to make the wait sweeter. Very nice people, I enjoyed seeing staffers of all genders and ages. The oil change was not expensive and they did not charge for all the diagnosing and test driving. One rear wheel was a tiny bit out of balance, which may have been the issue. We will be back for the next service.

I stopped by this dealership while looking for a reliable vehicle for my upcoming travels across the country. The sales floor is very clean, bright, and comfortable, and the staff greeted me right away without making me feel pressured or rushed into buying anything. They were very knowledgeable about all the different features and safety tech in the cars, though the financing paperwork took a little bit longer to finish up than I originally expected.

Chase and Steve did a great job for me. They provided me with updates through out the process. Also, Chase pro ided me with a courtesy car so I could keep a commitment while my vehicle was being serviced. Service completed the work within the time estimate they gave me when I came in for my appointment.

We had amazing experience recently buying a new car from Tumminia Mazda! Michael and team were extremely accommodating and answered all our questions. The finance team was easy to work with and process was speedy. We also loved the family friendly feel and office dog that greeted us. :) Definitely would recommend... 10/10!!!!

Came over from Topeka for Mazda parts for a customer and was highly impressed with how well they handled everything that I needed from the phone call to the final purchase. Glad to know that there are still companies that treat their customers like they are happy for the business.
