# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with praise for individual salespeople's professionalism and post-sale service excellence, but significant concerns about used vehicle inspection standards and overall workplace professionalism. Some customers report manipulative sales tactics, unprofessional conduct by staff, and inadequate quality control on pre-owned inventory, while others highlight exceptional experiences with specific sales and service personnel.

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Turnersville Jeep in 2023, and I wanted to share my experience with their team, especially regarding a corrosion issue I discovered not long ago. While it did take some time working through the process with Jeep corporate, the dealership truly stood out by maintaining consistent and clear communication throughout. That level of follow-through made a big difference. Once everything was approved, the repairs were handled by their Atlantic Autobody shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They replaced the hood and hinges, perfectly matched the paint, and paid great attention to detail. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not only repaired beautifully but also fully detailed, which was a really nice touch. A big thank you to Turnersville Jeep Sales Management. the Service Manager, and especially Chris at the Autobody shop for making sure everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. I truly appreciate the effort and care that went into resolving this issue. Highly recommend Turnersville Jeep for both their sales and service support! I have also used them for all the regular maintenance since I purchased it. Thank you!

CAUTION! Update to my original review, I purchased my used vehicle just three months ago and have only put about 2400 highway miles on it, just yesterday I took it for an oil change because it needed one very fast considering the dealership didn’t change it before they sold the vehicle the oil life was almost up off the lot. But most importantly and why I am here to shed light on is the safety issue that they let go off of their lot. I discovered that my front sway bar a major structural safety component was cracked clean in half with rust on both sides of the part which is a rational explanation that this issue has been there since I purchased the vehicle. I called the dealership and asked to speak with their used car sales manager just to make them aware of the issue. I believe the dude I spoke with was named chris and man was he sour, he automatically played hard ball and said that I can’t expect anything more out of a used vehicle, and “its a used vehicle you buy it the way we get it” I mean come on low oil is one thing, bald tires, normal wear and tear that’s fine whatever but a major structural safety part being broken and rusted in half being over looked it’s like the vehicle wasn’t inspected at all and based off of my conversation with Chris whoever he is I do believe that this dealership doesn’t even bat an eye at used vehicles and they just flip them as fast as they can with no concern for their customers safety or well being. Please see the attached images of my sway bar split in half the same way it was when I drove off of the Turnersville DJR lot. Anyone with a basic understanding of anything mechanical will know right away just based off of the amount of rust that the part was broken when the vehicle was sold just two and a half months ago. Not only am I displeased with the fact that a major safety component was just negligently overlooked, I’m even more upset with the unprofessionalism I received for questioning it. All I can say to anyone who plans on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is make sure you dot your eyes and cross your t’s because the dealership could give a rats ass about your safety or well being as long as they make a quick flip.

I recently purchased a new 2026 Dodge Durango V8 hemi from Dodge of Turnersville, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A huge shoutout to my salesman, Khalief, who was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Khalief is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle’s specs and features, and he navigated the whole deal with true poise and patience. He took the time to address every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He made a complex deal happen when it otherwise might not have. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Khalief—he’s a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be sending friends and family his way!

I highly recommend Greg Leomporra. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, friendly, and demonstrated true integrity. Greg made the entire experience feel comfortable and pressure-free—he genuinely understands the customer rather than pushing a high-pressure sales approach. Greg went above and beyond to find the right car for me. The pricing was fair and transparent and didn’t take hours to finalize. After the sale, Greg took the time to go over all the features of the car and helped set everything up to my specific needs. His dedication didn’t stop once the paperwork was signed. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused salesperson, Greg is the only one to see.

From the moment we walked in, the environment felt unprofessional. There were vapes, vape juice, and charging devices sitting openly on desks, and staff, including the “manager” were vaping throughout the dealership while conducting business. It did not create a welcoming or professional atmosphere. There was no sense of hospitality, just pushy, uncomfortable sales tactics. We went for a test drive and returned to have our vehicle appraised. They asked for our car key, which we handed over. We were then asked to sit outside with our two kids so they could “burn off energy.” While I understand kids can get restless, it felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we came back inside, they attempted to steer us toward a Jeep that was nearly $10,000 more expensive, claiming the monthly payment would somehow be better. The numbers didn’t add up. We were initially quoted $688 per month. When we asked for the quote in writing, it suddenly dropped by $40 per month, and this was before factoring in our close to 900 credit score. When we decided to leave, the payment somehow became $499 per month on a newer, upgraded Jeep. The constant back-and-forth pricing felt manipulative. Even more concerning, we had to ask approximately four times to get our car key returned so we could leave with our children, who by that point were climbing the walls. Their tactics felt intentional and uncomfortable. Overall, this experience felt dishonest and high-pressure. We will not be returning.
