Tusket Toyota

I stopped into Tusket Toyota as the headlights on my 09 Corolla were not working as they should. I expressed my concerns and Patrick was more than happy to take a look. He changed the bulbs, and he had my headlights polished and then he set them correctly. The difference was amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of service that I will definitely be going back. Thank you Patrick for going above and beyond, for just a "drop in" customer.

Today, in very cold windchill, my battery failed in my Toyota Rav4. I called the Yarmouth dealership and whomever answered the phone must have heard how desperate I was and quickly sent my call to Patrick Meloun. With the help of a kind stranger that had stopped, Patrick talked us through how to safely boost my car battery. I was cold, frustrated and nervous of wrecking my car as I drive a hydrid which I absolutely love driving. He remained calm and was patient while we followed the directions he gave us. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the person that was there with him nor the person that answered my desperate phone call but I am forever grateful for their support and quick action. Patrick of the parts department helped adjust our RAV 4 head lights. October 15th 2025. Now our night time lights is a better experience then what it was before. Thank you to Patrick for taking the time to help us with our lighting system. Whey are the lights not adjusted before delivery to the customer.

I brought an 09 Corolla in to the dealership to see if someone could look at the headlights, which were not performing correctly. Patrick took the time to check the lights and replace the bulbs. I did not have an appointment and he was more than happy to help and figure out a solution. Great customer service Patrick!

Tusket Toyota came to the rescue yesterday through the kind attention of Pat Meloun from the Parts Department. My trunk wouldn’t close and the battery was dying, so I drove in without an appointment and Pat fixed it on the spot, in the middle of his busy day. I am so grateful to Pat and the entire staff.
