I had an incredible experience with the team at Tustin Hyundai! This was my first real car-buying experience and Terry and Scott made it super easy and were very communicative. Once in financing, Craig was transparent, patient, helpful, and even funny when going through the paperwork (a huge plus for me). I love my new Hyundai Kona so I don’t think I’ll be in the market for a new car anytime soon, but I’ll be recommending Patterson Hyundai to any friends or family that are looking for a vehicle. If you are looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond to get you EXACTLY what you need, you have to come here!! My husband and I were in need of a used car that was within budget but with all of the features we wanted, and we needed it immediately. We had originally gone to a nearby dealership to view a car, but decided to reluctantly walk away due to the car not meeting our requirements and the customer service being sub-par. As soon as we had pulled into the lot at Tustin Hyundai, we were immediately greeted by Scott! He was happy to help us and directed us to the perfect car that was waiting for us within walking distance. It had just been shipped in that day and hadn't even been processed for the website yet. A miracle? Definitely, and Scott saw that. We really liked the car, but he made us love it! After crunching some numbers with him and Craig, who was just as amazing, we were able to agree on a payment plan that was within our budget. These guys streamlined the whole process and made it incredibly smooth. We walked out of there, very happy with our purchase, within a few hours as unexpected customers. These guys are the BEST!!! If you are looking for reviews of this location, I did too before coming here. Me and my wife wanted to get our first car and was looking around for used vehicles in the area. I will tell you, from looking up this place from my phone to getting a phone call, to actually going in person was amazing. It was the smoothest, non rushed experience I’ve ever had. I want to thank MANY people here and I am grateful for how many I have to thank. To first Terry the salesman, although I didn’t go through the deal with him. He through the whole process of the phone call and texting. When I was ready to go in I called before hand and was introduced to Brennan, he wasn’t aware of my interest but he made it his mission to help me and that same day I went in. From when I got there the salesman Oscar helped us, he helped us understand the car we were interested in, test drove with me and from the start made sure not only I felt comfortable but my wife too. It was a long process and we stayed after hours and even when it was an hour after closing Oscar drove me to the bank as the finance guy waited for me to come back. That’s a service that no customer would get but only family. I can confidently say that here you will get the most help you need and ontop of that they made the impossible feel possible especially due to my credit situation. He was upfront about both the vehicle and the numbers, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. I actually visited another dealership during my search, but the experience there only reinforced why I wanted to come back and work with David. The service was better, and so was the car. He also did a great job coordinating everything around our relocation schedule and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel smooth and easy. Salesman Marcos Rodriguez was so kind and patient throughout our search / review and purchase of our amazing new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Great stock of many vehicles with varying options available. Took the time to understand our wants and found the perfect fit of options and price.
