They did a good job fitting us in for a bit of an “emergency repair” as we were out of state and blew a water pump. We had to spend the night at a hotel thought as it was a holiday weekend. They did seem polite and professional. The snack bar was nice if you had to kill a few hours! VictorB

Their service is horrible. I recently had my 2019 Jeep Cherokee serviced there. After having the car for three weeks and several phone calls that were not returned we got the car back. They charged us approximately $7,000 to replace a head gasket. Three weeks later transmission and water pump leak has been discovered. When I brought it back the service manager Norman explained to me that it wasn’t their fault or problem. I’m looking for a new dealer to take it to.

If you are buying out of state, don't waste your time with these people. After the experience I had, even if you were local, I would go elsewhere. Traveled 350 miles with a cashiers check in hand and there was a big misunderstanding about paperwork. Their slogan should be "the bad attitude dealership". The manager on duty was more concerned with his phone than making eye contact or acting like he even cared. The guy handling the paperwork really liked his phone too. Hard to understand how a dealership like this can stay in business. No worries though, bought the exact same vehicle two days later from another dealer that actually cared and knew how to handle an out of state transaction.

Their service department is very prompt and efficient on handling customer' s needs. I had a punctured tire and even tho it could not be repaired they quickly offer installing a new tire. I only wish they'd offered a discount price on a new tire since I'm a new owner of a Mazda and I could just as easily go 1 mile away to a tire center for a cheaper one same model. Still I got great service.
