I went to this dealership because Myra took such good care of my truck in the past. I drive past other Ram dealers to visit this dealership because of the kind, caring, listening service. This visit was due to a warning light. I met with Jason S and Norman Amabile (a Steelers fan!). These two gentlemen listened to me. It was a pleasure to be heard. They showed me the best service any one could ever expect and more. Plus, knowing that i waited for completion, they made the work happen fast too. A dealership is only a good as its service department and this service department should be avoided. Long story short took my 2018 jeep in for a diagnostic which cost $269 dollars all good no problem. Service called and told me in order to properly diagnose the ac system needs to be charged for $395. I said ok. Next call was it needed a new evaporator and it would be 7 days to fix it, not good. I told them I needed it sooner and would come by and pick it up. When I picked it up I ask if it cooled properly with a charge and they dident know they never tried running it, not good. They reclaimed all the Freon but charged me anyway. Took it to another dealership the tested it said the evaporator was fine but needed a compressor which was replaced and now works perfect!! When I contacted the original service manager about the misdiagnosis and I had all the documents I was told I needed to bring the vehicle back so they could check the misdiagnosis , which is the dumbest thing I ever heard, and he never ask what I wanted to solve this issue, which was my $269 back that’s it! AVOID!!!

I brought my jeep because it failed to start and AAA jump started the car. After that it was showing the stop start light on. Tuttle-Click advisor mentioned that the aux battery has to be replaced. So I took the car to a AAA certified location as I have membership to replace and they replaced it with an ACDelco. But the light remained on. A couple days later my washer pump also failed. So I took it back to Tuttle-Click for fixing the washer and to check the light again! Tuttle-Click mentioned the battery is still bad and that they needed 700 dollars to diagnose whether the pump was bad or not! I mentioned I have extended warranty. At that point for some reason they decided to keep the car and fix the washer instead with 100 dollars deductible out of pocket! After three four days of keeping my car when I went to pick it up, I received it but some parts where left in the back seat so I had to ask them to assemble everything! I then took the car back to the battery place now upset that they didnt put a good battery in because of what Tuttle-Click said, and this time they showed me tests on the battery. Just to keep me happy, they also ordered a new battery as the battery was on warranty and they replaced it with another at no cost to me. They also showed me the new tests they did on the battery. Still not fixed, the light still comes on! I called Tuttle-Click and explained everything and they said it’s probably because it’s not OEM and that they are not responsible for the advice they gave me because they didn't charge me for diagnostics! I was now completely confused! So I explained, "I left my car with you for 3 days to fix the washer and the starter light, you mentioned in text that my battery was bad, but are you saying that I had to ask you to charge me to ensure your advice is sound?!!!!". This was the manager by the way! So he gave me the runaround. Regardless at first, I was planning to bring it back but found out a day later that a couple of screws under the car cover was missing and part of the cover was hanging under the car! So I decided to not bring the car. Once I figure out what the issue is, I would like to file an official complaint as I highly doubt an OEM battery will be an issue and this has taken so much of my time from work and also cost me a battery that I’m not sure was necessary to replace. Jeep brand is an American icon and this service is truly disappointing for a car with such legacy.

I want to thank TuttleClick for their great fleet service department! From the start the advisor “L” made me feel assured my truck was in good hands. I got a chance to speak to their Diesel technician he explained to me what was going on with my ram 4500 and what would be required to fix the issues I have not gotten that anywhere else. All in all it was a great experience and turnaround time was faster than promised will be back!
