Tuttle-Click's Tustin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

We were on the hunt for a specific used truck and saw that Tuttle Click had the one we were looking for. We went in on a Sunday evening, not knowing they closed at 6pm. They stayed late to get the deal done and gave us fair trade for our trade-in vehicle. Quick and easy process and they have no dealer "add-ons", which is AWESOME. Thank you for our truck!

This is my new favorite Jeep dealership. It’s 10 X better than the dealership in Buena Park. At Tuttle Click the service people were polite and attentive. My recall was fixed promptly and they even asked if I wanted it washed. This is my go to from now on

Just brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in for service and received top notch support from Jose and the team there. They took care of my immediate need (TPMS Service Warning) and recommended other maintenance for my 60k mile truck. They lyfted me back and forth and had me back on the road for my afternoon appointment within a couple of hours. Positive recommendation, my new go to.

I visited the service department expecting basic professionalism and customer assistance. When I approached the service advisor station, I politely greeted Alaine Johnson and said “Happy New Year,” then asked where my service advisor, Moe, was so I could receive service. Instead of assisting me or notifying her coworker that a customer was waiting, Alaine Johnson responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating, “I don’t know where Moe is. Every time you come here, you ask me where Moe is.” This comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and not appropriate for a customer service environment. I did not raise my voice or behave disrespectfully in any way. I was simply trying to receive service from my assigned advisor. A reasonable and professional response would have been to either assist me directly or contact Moe to let him know a customer was waiting. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I reported this issue to the Service Manager, George Apkarian, who was very helpful, professional, and took the time to listen and follow up. I appreciate his attitude and willingness to address the situation. At this point, I am awaiting a response regarding corrective action. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate my concerns to Tuttle-Click corporate management and Stellantis customer care. Customer service standards and staff training should not be optional, and this interaction did not meet the level of professionalism expected from a dealership representing major automotive brands.

My experience at this dealership was great, no complaints. Easy service check in process. My advisor Eric was really nice and friendly. If you like having a conversation, then Eric is your guy! I will definitely be back for my next service here
