We were in the market for a "fun" Jeep. We don't intend on rock crawling or any difficult trail riding so we didn't want to pay for a bunch of features we weren't going to use. Mike Lynch was our salesman and he did an outstanding job of listening to what we did and did not want. He found Jeeps on the lot that had the important features for us to test drive and then managed a dealer trade for one that was exactly what we wanted. We had the car the next day! Mike did an excellent job in communication and we appreciated that he didn't push us into factory or dealer upgrades we wouldn't use. The Finance team was also exceptional. I don't think I've ever spent less time in a finance office signing papers.
