Ezekiel provided excellent service! I had a tight schedule and he was able to bring the Traverse to me to test drive! He made sure I knew how to use all the features. He had an easy going, no pressure attitude, which I appreciate in a sales person. Update: Unfortunately I have to update my review. Ezekiel is still 5 stars, but it has now been over 3 weeks and my trade in still hasn’t been paid off. I have called 4 times, talked to a person 3 times and left a message once. No one will call me back or give me an estimated pay off time. I am an understanding person, and if I was given a reason for this I could find a way to be flexible, but I keep being pushed off. Update: This has been resolved. I wish there was better communication over the issue. A simple call back with a timeline would have relieved a lot of stress. I hope this is better for others.
