I recently purchased a used vehicle from Twin Motors GM and relied on their website listing to decide whether or not to take the vehicle for a test drive. The listing stated that the vehicle included remote start, which was one of the features I specifically wanted. After purchasing, I discovered it didn't actually have remote start. When I raised this with the general manager, Alis, about three weeks after the sale, he refused to take responsibility and said it was my fault for not testing the feature before buying. He pointed to a small disclaimer on their website saying that features "may not apply," and used that to dismiss my concern. He later texted that he would refund me and cancel the sale altogether, but made it clear the dealership accepted no wrongdoing and that the offer was only to end any further contact. That didn't address the issue. The vehicle was misrepresented on their website, and customers should be able to trust the accuracy of advertised features. I left the conversation feeling dismissed and disrespected. I'm sharing this to help other buyers be aware and to double check everything before purchasing. Based on my experience, l would not recommend this dealership.

My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from the Murray Dunn dealership in Nipawin. They were very easy to deal with. They were transparent with their business practices and they worked hard to earn our business. We dealt with Alis, Dennis, and Allie. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Second time dealing with them as I own many GMC trucks bought elsewhere however this time like last time it seemed as though it was a bother for them to help in the service department, bit frustrating as I explained I am on limited kilometers due to an error code. I realize they are busy but I have been to others that we busy and service and attitude were just fine. Its to bad as we typically buy two or three vehicles for our business every couple years, with that kind of service we will look elsewhere

I found the staff here to be friendly and accommodating. They got right to my needs and were very helpful in getting into a car that fits me. Some dealers try to tailor your needs to the cars they have on the lot. Not these people! Right from the top down, they see every client as an individual with unique wants and needs. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews from people good and bad but after my experience there I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were extremely accommodating and very reasonably priced service.
