Absolutely terrible experience with Twin Motors Thompson. This place seriously feels like they are trying to overcharge customers who may not know better. The quote I received for my car repair was outrageously high and completely unreasonable. Thankfully, I didn’t go ahead with them. I went to another shop and got the exact same work done for more than HALF the price—and with far better service, honesty, and professionalism. I strongly warn anyone thinking about going here: DO NOT trust the first quote you get from this place. Always get a second opinion. Based on my experience, this shop seems more interested in taking your money than actually providing fair and reliable service.
