First time buyer here. Very pleased that Mike accommodated us on a Sunday; I know he had other things to do. We purchased a 16 year old car that was in lovely shape, and time will tell if that proved to be a good decision - BUT - Mike was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help us - especially on his day off. Believe any car you purchase from him will be represented accurately, and he is definitely not "high pressure". My husband and I both liked him, and I hope to love the car!

We live in West Palm and have been looking for an older Suburban but kept missing the Z71 models we were looking for. We saw the listing on Craigslist and talked to Mike who provided additional photos and the Autocheck which was great. He also took a deposit over the phone and pulled the Suburban until I got there Saturday. Mike was great and gave me a fair price for the SUV. It's been a week and we're super stoked! I'd totally recommend them to our friends and family on the West Coast!
