Having not purchased a car from a dealer in twenty years, I was hesitant to experience what I expected to be disappointed with a high-pressure sales experience that I would regret. Recently experienced one of the best car buying experiences at Tyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. We received outstanding service from start to finish. Mary was amazing and made us feel like we truly mattered, and treated us like old friends from the time we walked in the door. We found a vehicle that we liked and stopped in for a test drive and to talk about numbers, usually my least favorite part. We gave them realistic numbers that would work for our family and they were able to get us where we were comfortable. Best part the payment was a good deal less than originally anticipated. Everything was explained completely and they didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions along the way. From beginning to end I never once felt pressured or like I was a bother. Can't recommend the Tyler team enough.

I serviced my 2025 Jeep Wrangler (VIN ending 3148) at Tyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, Niles on 10/21/2025 (oil change). On the drive home the Jeep showed engine knock, smoke under the hood, loss of throttle, and a check-engine light. I pulled over; the dealer towed the vehicle and provided a loaner. On 11/03/2025 I was told the Jeep was “good to go.” I insisted on objective testing. On 11/04/2025 the dealership reported the engine needed replacement (documentation reflects ~35% leak-down on a cylinder and borescope findings). When I asked for a buyback or manufacturer resolution, I was not offered a buyback. Instead, I was told the path forward was to trade the Wrangler and purchase another vehicle from their store. I ultimately did so to mitigate my situation: trade allowance $47,000 vs. payoff $52,760.95, plus rental and other costs.
