We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition from Tyler Honda 12/20/25. We live 3 hours away and they were great to work with remotely. I know we weren’t the easiest people to work with but they were very patient and kind throughout the entire process. I also felt like they were very transparent/honest with us and I appreciated that. Our salesperson was Jarren and there was about a month between when we started looking at vehicles and when we ended up purchasing one. In that time he wasn’t pushy at all, he was just there to answer any questions we had which was refreshing. If there was anything he was unsure of he was happy to find us an answer. The sales manager, Joe, was also great to work with and very kind. Also, when we came to pick up the vehicle it was freshly detailed and looked amazing! We were very happy with our purchase and we will come back to Tyler Honda in the future. We also highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle.
