# Summary The dealership receives polarized feedback, with some customers praising professional sales staff and efficient service, while others report significant concerns about service department pricing that substantially exceeds competitors, unclear communication regarding repairs performed, billing discrepancies, and poor customer service interactions. Post-purchase administrative issues, including documentation errors and difficulty scheduling appointments, have also left some customers frustrated and unlikely to return.

I’ve actually frequent this dealership before and I’ve never had any issues however, after dropping my car off there last week to have a radiator replaced, I did look up the dealership reviews just to see what I was getting myself into and unfortunately, the reviews were not well, so I actually started calling around to other dealerships and other shops to see if they could not only get my car in sooner but if the price would be lower every time I told somebody that the price for my radiator in my renegade was going to be $1800. They all looked at me like I was stupid. I didn’t unfortunately have my car towed and sent to another shop. I paid $600 for my car and it’s working perfectly. I am also not super over the moon about the customer service. I paid $221 just for a diagnostics. I did agree to have the service done however I cannot justify paying $1800 for something when I can have it done at another dealership for 600 and there was no Diagnostics fee. Unfortunately, I made an impulse decision when dropping off my jeep at the specific dealership and unfortunately, I did waste their time however, I do suggest to anybody that wants to use this dealership or any dealership to please read the reviews and please do a little bit of homework and some research. I’ve been in customer service for 15 Years and I know that once you’re in the industry long enough, you quickly forget how the customer feels on the other side of things and I completely understand the way a shop has to run. I run my own business as well however, a good customer service goes so far and understanding how people feel when they’re only means of transportation at that time is not working. I felt like there was a lot of attitude from some of the staff. Which instantly made me look at the reviews when I dropped off my vehicle. If I would’ve had good customer service in my first encounter, dropping off my vehicle, I probably would’ve not had looked at the reviews. It makes me extremely uncomfortable to continue to send my mom here with her jeep.

: I brought my 2017 Dodge Challenger to Tyler Trenary CDJR for an overheating issue and left with more questions than answers. Before the repair began, I advised the dealership that the Dorman aluminum coolant crossover pipe on my vehicle had been installed only two days earlier and had less than 100 miles on it. After discussing my concerns with the technician, the service advisor informed me that my existing crossover pipe would be reused. After the repair, I was charged for replacement of the crossover pipe and related labor. However, the crossover pipe currently on my vehicle appears to be the same Dorman aluminum unit I installed before bringing the vehicle in. At the same time, the aluminum thermostat housing that was on the vehicle when it arrived was replaced with a plastic housing, and the thermostat replacement is what ultimately resolved the overheating issue. I have repeatedly asked the dealership to explain why I was charged for a crossover pipe replacement, provide the part number of the replacement pipe, and clarify the discrepancy between what I was told and what appears to be on the vehicle. To date, I have not received a satisfactory explanation. Additionally, my vehicle was returned with coolant residue sprayed across multiple painted surfaces around the engine bay and front exterior of the vehicle. I expected professional diagnosis, clear communication, and careful workmanship from a dealership service department. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning all three.

I have had no issues with the vehicle that I purchased but I have had nothing but issues with the dealership since my purchase. First issue was I had expired inspection papers. When I went to the dmv and waiting in the horrible line there just to be told I had to go get new inspections. When I called the dealer about it I had to pull teeth to get an asap appointment to get them done. 2nd issue here we are 5 months later and my title arrived in the mail and BOTH my first and last name are spelled incorrectly. So now I have to get that fixed and I am getting pulled in 5 different directions on how to get that fixed. When I spoke with the finance manager to make sure he was aware that this was an issue so it didn’t happen to the next person I was informed that next time I should make sure I spell my name to them to make sure it’s spelled correctly, even though my ID has the correct spelling. I will not buy another vehicle from them and I encourage anyone else with a unique spelling name not to either.
