Tyson Motor Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Rex is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with on any vehicle purchase. He’s honest and not pushy by any sense of the word. Even when we decided to go a different route for purchasing, he was still helpful and offered honest feedback and advice. We will definitely be purchasing from Tyson for our next Dodge vehicle in the future!

Bought a certified pre owned truck, was told it was fully inspected and had no defects, within 36 hours of extremely high APR purchase and all around bad deal, the check engine light turns on and I contact the salesman Rex, whom I pitched the vehicle with, he then tells me it’s the weekend and the service department is busy and will need to talk to his GM. This tactic goes in for four month. The whole time I’m putting in 3 qtr of oil per week. Finally take it in to Firestone, they tell me my motor is blown and that whoever i I bought the vehicle from reset the codes on the truck. I go to Tyson motors and the gm Aaron, tells me and my wife basically it’s a pre owned and he’s not going to do anything about a blown motor! I highly recommend never going to this fraud shop, my brother also bought a new vehicle a use ago and the motor was blown, took about 6 months going back and forth before it was finally dived and they recommend never going to Tyson. They are horrible liars and crooked, I will be seeking legal guidance!

Excellent service today at Tyson. Scheduled a service appointment online yesterday. They were ready when I got here for me. Yvette was very kind and attentive. Greats everyone with a big smile and did a great job explaining everything to me. While waiting in service, I was using my laptop working, and I was approached not once but twice by Tyson employees. One offered me a mobile desk that I could set my laptop on to be more comfortable. The 2nd offered me an office to sit and work in. Great customer service. The entire staff was friendly and the service took about an hour just like they quoted. I don't leave many reviews, but being that I work for a dealership, I did not want great service should not go unnoticed. Great job Tyson

I want to give a special shout-out to the executive manager at Tyson Dodge Jeep Ram in Shorewood—Trent Blake. Trent, I hope you see this, because this is just a small thank-you for how great you were. I sometimes park my small pickup truck with a trailer near their lot. I had accidentally parked a bit on their property, and instead of any issue, Trent was incredibly polite, down-to-earth, and even offered me a place to park if I ever needed one. If this is how they treat someone who’s just parking a truck, I can only imagine how well they treat their customers. I also noticed the huge selection right on the main road—Jeeps, trucks, Wranglers, Challengers, and more. Definitely stop by and ask for Trent. Five stars all the way!

The car salesman didn’t go over the features of the car. It had the flap on the back so I thought it had a trailer hitch. When I called he was rude about it and said talk to service and parts to get that added on. That’s fine, I probably should have asked about the trailer hitch instead of assuming. When I called I got no call back on how much it would be to add this. Just went for service and the lady at the service department told me “sorry I can’t help you.” The place is extremely outdated, the coffee machine is always broken. And they didn’t wash the car for service. When I asked why she didn’t wash it they said it’s only upon customer request. But then she said I wouldn’t use it anyways, the car wash is crappy and scratches cars. Great to hear! Never buying a car from them again. Go elsewhere!
