I must say I had one of the best experiences during this visit. It all started with Anna calling to let me know it was time to have my vehicle serviced. During our conversation, I mentioned that I received an email regarding a special promotion UJ was running on tires and asked if she could note that on my order and provide a quote for a set of new tires. Her response was, "I will be glad to get you a quote." Anna confirmed my email, and within 30 minutes, I had a quote with three different tire options and prices. I took my vehicle in for service, and Aubra was fantastic in informing me of what had taken place. She also said to let her know when I was ready to order my tires. Fast forward a few weeks: I ordered my tires, and as I was on my way to pay, my vehicle began to bog down as I accelerated. I made it to UJ, where Aubra came out and retrieved some error codes that the vehicle was displaying. I left the vehicle there that Friday, worried about the worst, since the warranty had just run out 8,000 miles ago. On Monday, Aubra called to let me know that my tires had been installed and informed me that the issue I was having was related to the fuel pump control module, which was covered under the emissions warranty. What a relief to hear! Thank you, Aubra, for making my day and helping me when I was in a panic. It's great to know that UJ really does have customers' best interests in mind and isn't just trying to sell something.
