Shittty service Oscar who sold the car also put hands on my kids father after trying to tell the owner of the shop the problem he’s don’t nothing but false promises double back on his word told us both on separate occasions that anything wrong with the car would be fixed within the 30days when we both informed him there was so many problems I’ve only had this vehicle two and half weeks .!!!! Day one the battery wasn’t even the right battery died right infront of my kids daycare during pick up took them a hour and a half just to to my place where I had to get a jump from my daycares staff when he took the car he left me with two shitty ones not big enough for four kids leaving me disabled til I got the vehicle back when I got it back the console piece was snapped I hadn’t even had the vehicle for 2 hours and noticed the breaks were bad the tires were bad and the rear view camera wasn’t working and had a crack in the windshield he told us to take it to the shop and found more issues then he told them just to fix the one when he told us that he’d fix the problems !!!! When speaking with the owner is when Oscar grabbed Ernest by the wrist and ripped the phone out his hand because we were telling the owner what Oscar was not absolute trash and disappointment and shitty experience with him would not refer anyone here as a future miss Nevada I will be making this known to any Vegas residents to be weary of dealers like this one ! And outing my experience

they don’t even deserve 1star this car company has been very difficult and unprofessional during my time of dealing with them i purchased a vehicle cash money for 11,000 over 4months ago then went in April and purchased another vehicle with down payment of 3,000 14days later vehicle had mechanical issues and the brakes and rotors on the vehicle was horrible when complaining too the employees including the owner they took my vehicle and keys and refused to give my vehicle back or a full refund instead they kept my vehicle and offered me 2,100.00 and the owner said “it was due to the mileage and days i drove the vehicle” anyone who decides too go to the car company be mindful that when making complaints they will use that as an excuse to keep your money and vehicle and them knowing i don’t speak Spanish that was there primary language during my entire visit of complaining about my vehicle this company isn’t only unprofessional but fasure racist and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Horrible service , tried to scam me on a used car. Don’t recommend no matter how tight you are on money. They’ll take every last dollar and leave you without a car in the end.
