U Win Auto Sales

I recently bought a car from them and Cody was very nice and helpful. Lauren was also very nice. I thought everything was going to great. I bought a beautiful 2015 Camry. However, the day after I left the car lot my car started shaking so I contacted them and they didn’t respond. My brakes started grinding 5 days after I bought it. I contacted him because there are a bunch of little things wrong with the car. He CURSED AT ME!!! He claims to be a Christian. I think he’s just like every other used car salesman!!! I regret buying through them.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Me and my wife bought 2 vehicles here. They really listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and got us the best deals! We couldn’t figure out how to work something on one of the vehicles after we purchased and Cody came to the location we were at right then to fix it for us. Cannot say enough great things about this place!

Not even a 1! Went look at a car, told them I was gonna be back in 2 days, that we wanted the car. Promised she wouldn't sell it. Told my kid she wouldn't do that to him, called the morning I said I was going back to make sure they were there after I pulled all the CASH out of my bank, and what do u know... They sold the car "yesterday"! Are you frickin kidding me! I told u I was coming with cash, and u did what?? Sold the car that you told me u weren't gonna sell from under me, and what did u do? BAD FOR BUSINESS, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THESE PEOPLE! I mean, ok someone went and looked at it the day after I did, but, Ma'am or Sir, someone is buying the car, if it falls through, I'll let you know. Like give people a chance guys!

T was very helpful over the phone and is really a man of his word! I can't wait to drive off in my Honda this weekend! Thank y'all so much!

Never go to this place! They are a rip off and Liers! Cars are only fixed temporarily! They are never in the office! And very unprofessional people!!
