Had a great experience trading and buying a new truck at Uftring Chevrolet in Washington, IL. The entire process was smooth and transparent. I was looking for a good value used vehicle and was able to find a handful which interested me at Uftring. I used the online locator and decided to check out a couple vehicles physically. I spoke to Chad first and he was able to tell me about a couple of the vehicles and their status. He had me work with Nick B who was very energetic and fun. On a whim, I drove an Acadia which I expected not to like. However, I actually liked it and it fit my "best value" desire to a tee. I wanted to research the Acadia model a little bit more and told Nick and Chad as much. Because there was another vehicle I wanted to test drive, which wasn't available immediately, we agreed they would call the next day or when it was ready. The next morning I called Nick and told him I didn't need to see the other one because the Acadia fit the bill. In short order I became the new owner of this Acadia. I don't like vehicle shopping but will say I felt I got a great deal, Chad and Nick listened to me and were able to find a vehicle that met my requirements and wants. Thanks to Nick, Chad, and Ken for making this experience a good one.

Great experience buying our new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer! We recently purchased our 2026 Chevy Trailblazer and had an excellent experience working with Layne. Even though he’s a newer salesman, he was incredibly friendly, honest, and eager to learn. Excellent dealership. Ben helped us out. He took time to explain all the new features of the vehicle. They are honest, friendly and not pushy. We had a deadline and they were very accommodating and got us out the door with time to spare. I was dreading the trip to the finance office. Of all the ones I have sat in, his was the best. It took about 15 minutes. He was honest, helpful and didn't try to 'sell' us something we didn't want. We have had great service with Uftring's in Pekin for Dodge/Chrysler. I can say that Uftring's in Washington for Chevy was just as great. You will not be disappointed.
