The only reason I’m leaving a five star review is because 10 stars is not available. I had a truck emergency, and the staff in service could not have been nicer, more honest, or more helpful. I don’t live in Mountain Home But if I did, this would be my go to spot. Great people. Excellent service.

Very poor experience with the service department. Poor communication, unprofessional service advisor and they failed to properly submit the work under the Ford Warranty I had. Service Advisor told me that I didn't have a Ford ESP Premium Care Warranty...I told him 3 times that I have the warranty and he still disagreed with me. It was only when a Ford Customer Advocate got involved that the service department realized that I had a warranty. Then we were casually brushed off as a refund check was issued...no apology or nothing. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Ford Service Department. I do not recommend.

Best car dealership in the south. The salesmen and customer service reps here make you feel like family and honestly work as hard as they can to get you the best value for your trade in and also the best deal. They go over and beyond for their customers!

Jay & Mark, at Ultimate Ford, always do such a great job for me. There’s nothing like the security of knowing your vehicle has been thoroughly checked, serviced, and all the necessary repairs done. I bought my 2020 Explorer at Ultimate in 2021. After a lifetime as a Ford owner, this one has turned out to be the best one yet.. Thank you !

We just bought a Pre-Owned 2024 Expedition from Ultimate Ford. It was the exact vehicle that we were looking for but it was located over 500 miles from our home. I spoke with Brad and he assured us that we could make the deal happen. Communication was excellent, and Brad was able to get us to every person we needed to talk to. He offered to FaceTime with us so we could look at the vehicle in detail; spending a significant amount of time getting close up video and answering every question. We were sure that we wanted to get the vehicle but the logistics were just not working out. We asked him if he could ship it...and the answer was yes! We purchased the vehicle and just a couple days later, it showed up at our residence; it was EXACTLY as Brad described it. We appreciate all the work that Brad and his team did and would recommend them to anyone! Five Stars, would definitely buy from them again, even from 500 miles away! Awesome experience.
