The finance manager at the Mazda dealership in Johnson City told us our $2002.00 check (amount owed to us on a trade) would be mailed from their dealership on Monday May11th. Yesterday (May 20th) Rick Smith (sales manager we were told) informed us that the check has to come from corporate and it will take several days. WE WERE LIED TO by these people. I will never again buy another vehicle from any dealership owned by the Umansky automotive group, and I will make sure to relay this issue to all I might come into contact with.
