Underriner Volvo

My son purchased a used Volvo from Mike Kruger. Mike was such an awesome sales person. He was not pushy and listened to our needs. We were so impressed. The whole dealership was amazing. We are so happy!!!

I could not have asked for a better sales person than Jordan Darnell. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions. The whole sale process from negotiations, finance, and final sale went smooth. Our family has purchased through Underriner for many many years. Thank you for making my Volvo purchase a happy one.

This dealership has one of the worst service departments I have ever been involved with. It's really too bad - Volvo's are great cars. My girlfriend has purchased three brand new Volvo's from them over the last few years. She is now in the last Volvo she'll ever buy from them, and it is 100% due to the poor service she receives from Underriner. She recently brought her car in for a regular oil change service - she explicitly asked if they check all fluids, rotate tires, etc, which they said they did. After having her car serviced she drove to Bozeman and the coolant light came on. She stopped to have it serviced in Bozeman and they put a half-gallon of coolant in it! Furthermore, there were plastic shrouds and air box covers that had not been screwed down from when it was at Underriner. Their service department is literally a bunch of clowns. To not perform a service that was paid for is inexcusable. It's an unforgivable breach of trust, and unfortunately is just the latest in a long line of mishaps with their service department. It's virtually impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone or get a call back. There are too many other quality dealerships for other makes in Billings than to have to put up with something like this. My recommendation is to avoid the frustration and stay clear of Underriner.

Worked with Mike Kruger on a new Volvo XC60, he was amazing. This is the 1st time I've worked with a sales associate who didn't use cheesy high pressure techniques to complete a deal. Love my Volvo and the experience I had with Mike, Ben and Underriner Volvo. Highly recommend this Volvo dealership.

This is my second Volvo, and I couldn’t be happier with the brand. Underriner has always had one of the best service departments around, which was a big reason I stayed with Volvo again. I worked with Tyler Reed (normally on the Honda side), and he was great to work with. The vehicle I originally wanted sold, but Tyler kept me in mind and reached out when a similar one came in. I looked at comparable vehicles elsewhere, but knowing this Volvo had its full service history at Underriner made the decision easy. Very happy with my new-to-me Volvo.
