I am very happy with the job! I never thought Id see my car look as new as it did again. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I came in and they went right to work assessing the damage. They had some cute and friendly cats around the lot which were a comfort. Though there was some setbacks because of outside factors, they were nice enough to take care of some other damage for free for the added time it would take to fix it which was very nice of them to do. They were always willing to answer my calls when I wanted an update and i appreciated that. I trusted them to get the job done and they gave it back to me in better condition than I was expecting. Id trust them with any future work i might need. Thank you to all the staff. P.s I edited out my license plate :)

Let me set the scene—New Year’s Eve, my best friend and I were headed to Maestro’s in Beverly Hills to ring in the New Year in style when BAM! Out of nowhere, a car sideswiped my Chevy Corvette C7 Stingray at the intersection, and just like that, my night took a nosedive. My sleek red Corvette was wrecked. The front passenger-side fender, door, bumper, and various internal components were on the floor! And the engine was sputtering- couldn't move an inch to the curb. I was stranded. The Corvette got towed to 3 body shops - it was a nightmare! The first quoted me six-week for repairs and no guarantee about sourcing the parts within that timeframe. The 2nd claimed my car was totaled. I was hopeless! There was no hope for my Vette- til a friend recommended United Automotive Network. Vivianne, arranged a free tow to the shop within the hour, and by the time I arrived, my baby was waiting and Vivianne with hot coffee and water (a small gesture, but trust me, it made a huge difference then). Within 15 minutes, a mechanic was already under the hood writing a detailed and final estimate. Unlike the other shops who quoted me triple without price checking anything. Dylan, the owner, stepped in to personally worked his magic and hunted rare parts on the spot and my adjuster approved it in just 4 days. Most of the negotiating Dylan worked out was right in front of me and the entire process was super transparent. The engine issues, as it turned out, involved damages to the radiator, condenser, and cooling system, all of which needed replacement. They assured me that even the used parts would pass a thorough quality assurance test before being driven off the lot... And they delivered! The only thing I want to highlight is the flawless paintwork - a perfect match to factory “Torch Red” color, with high-gloss blending. Despite the extensive damage, they restored my C7 in just two weeks! A timeline that seemed impossible first. They even covered my $1,000 deductible and provided me with a rental. To top it off, they fixed 8 scratches around the car for free, detailed it and filled it up, simply because they believed the car deserved it. The entire experience was stress-free, smooth, and unlike anything I had expected. What could’ve been a long, drawn-out nightmare turned into an easy peazy repair. Even Beverly Hills Fancy Foreign Car Specialists didn’t compare to the level of precision and customer service I received here. Dylan and his crew are automotive champs and provide white-glove service. Don’t waste your time with other shops that overpromise and underdeliver. This team knows their craft and will go the extra mile to make sure your car is treated with the respect it deserves. My C7 is back on the road, and better than ever.
