Easy 5 stars. Timmy got us into a wonderful model X with low miles and best price I could find. He also had tons of support to help us feel secure, great mechanic and battery professionals. You can’t go wrong here. Stayed late after hours to make sure I got my car to take home that night.

The best price, the best service, the easiest way to buy a car. After searching for a specific car, I found it at United Express Auto on a used car website. I submitted a statement of interest and was soon contacted by the manager. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he was willing to do all paperwork online and have the car delivered. The price was below other cars, same make and model. He answered all my questions and got me the payment I wanted. He worked hard to deliver the car as soon as the paperwork was done and allowed me a trial period with the car to have it checked out by my local mechanic. The car was in great shape. I've never bought a used car so easy with peace of mind like this before. I highly recommend United Express Auto for personalized service and best price.

My own car buying experience here was very quick and very honest. The cars available were exactly as shown on online images and the price was very competitive. The people working here care about making sure the client is comfortable with the car and comfortable purchasing it. I feel that this place deserves more business for the quality of service they offer.

Contacted dealer via CarGurus and heard back the next day. Very excellent communication throughout the process. I came from Ohio to purchase so they FaceTimed with me to show all of the vehicle in detail. They were kind enough to hold the car for me. Great buying experience all around.
