Very very happy with united motors! Came in with our Honda and traded it in for a Ford fusion, and they went above and beyond to make sure that we left that day with the car we wanted so bad. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the opportunity to have a nice upgraded vehicle for our family!

We recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent—everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before the sale. It really felt like they cared about making the process smooth and positive. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, due to the cooler weather at the time of purchase, it wasn’t apparent that the air conditioner wasn’t working. Now that the temperatures have gone up, we’ve realized there’s an issue with it. If the A/C had been functioning properly, this would easily be a 5-star review. That said, we’re still happy with the vehicle and appreciate the great service we received throughout the buying process.

Came in to see a Dodge Dart, when taking a test drive the check engine light came on and the car wouldn’t go past 2nd gear. Absolutely miss lead and was told nothing is wrong with the car. Horrible shady business being done do not waste your time!

Bought a 2017 Infiniti q50 sport with 82k miles found out they left the old address of the owner in there and after contacting her for left belongings under the trunk cover she revealed the reason she sold the vehicle was a completely dead air conditioning system even after recharge and a dying turbocharger bought the car October of 2024 and have put almost 5,000 into repairs since
