Justin, our sales member, Shawn, the Sales manager and Larry, the (I BELIEVE) finance manager were great. We drove from South KC (twice, once last year but the truck we went to look at was not available) and will do it again if we decide to upgrade!!! Justin was personable, helpful and patient answering ALL of our questions. There was a hiccup with the warranty info (BMW’s do not have the same warranty as CDJR) but Larry apologized profusely, helped us find a comparable solution and Shawn is going to help us with the two things we need. Considering all of the car lots we had to pass to get there, WORTH IT!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!

Caiden was so very helpful and patient with us. He ran for keys to trucks several times. We compared Ford, Ram, and GMC! He would joke with us, share stories and answer any questions we had. Paperwork was easy and done fast with our copies emailed to us. It was our first time buying from a dealership and Caiden made our experience a good one!

I want to start by saying that Jon, my salesperson, was great. He made the buying process easy, was professional, and was a pleasure to work with. If this review were based solely on the sales experience, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been very disappointing. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership agreed to repair an issue with my vehicle. I drove over 3 hours to the dealership for the repair appointment, only to find out that they were unable to complete the repair. As a result, I spent an entire day traveling and ended up driving back home without the issue being fixed. The original issue was eventually repaired. However, when I received the vehicle back, then my Active Driving Display (HUD) no longer worked. The HUD functioned properly before the repair and stopped working immediately after. The HUD settings menu also disappeared from the infotainment system. I understand that things can happen during repairs, and I’m not looking to place blame without a proper diagnosis. My frustration comes from the lack of communication afterward. I spoke with the service department and was told to contact the GM. Since then, I have left voicemails, and made several attempts to get assistance, but I have received no response. At this point, I am simply trying to get the issue diagnosed and determine what happened. If there had been better communication and follow-up, this review likely would not have been necessary. Jon provided an excellent sales experience, but the post-sale service, communication, and handling of this situation have left me very disappointed.

So I went to this dealership to find my dream truck and Scott the owner made that happen this is a family owned dealership even though they are very big in size they actually care about there customers and the owner Scott will personally make sure all your needs are met and you are satisfied with your purchase !! He went out of his way after my purchase to make sure everything that was promised was taken care of !! This man has a good heart and cares about his customers I personally want to say thank you to Scott !! You made my dream truck come true and it means a lot !! Thank you to all your staff and both your locations and a special thank you to Marissa for always staying in touch and taking care of my baby !! I’ll see you all soon when I come in to buy my wife’s Diesel Cummins from you !! Don’t buy anywhere else people you will regret it !! Happy thanksgiving to you Scott and all of your staff .

Justin was great to work with throughout the entire truck buying process. He was honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions, kept communication clear, and worked hard to help make the deal happen. The whole experience felt smooth and straightforward, which we really appreciated.
