We are very pleased with all the help and support from many members of the team while we were there. Thank you to Curtis for pointing us to such a wonderful sales guy. Phillip was so transparent, he listened to all the concerns we had, made them feel validated. He even went the extra mile to save us money on a new dash camera instead of having to pay for a uninstall and re install. Even when another dealership tryed to block the sale Phillip worked with his manager to make sure the car we wanted was available for us handing all the issues. We agreed to some terms as one does and settled. My husband and I are very happy to finally be able to de-stress from lossing our last car and getting into this 2018 Ford Edge Titanium since its basically identical to the one we lost. Thank you to Ryan for making sure all the paperwork is fully in order. You all made this transaction so easy, and once we need a new car or even a older one for the teenager, we will definitely be back.

After a huge fiasco with Airdrie Dodge, the Universal Ford staff really came together and helped us in what became our time of need. Nathan from Service kept full transparency and bent over backwards to try and help repair the car, with Curtis (not pictured) from Parts working in concert with him. When it came out that it wasn't something that we could manage to repair, Phil from Sales helped find us a vehicle that met our needs and one of the Sales Managers Jaz (not pictured) helped us keep it within our means. Overall the staff at Universal Ford is amazing and worked hard to not only salvage the sale but to keep our trust. 10/10, and I will be coming back to Phil specifically when we need to get a second vehicle.
