My sales guy Justin Salazar was very knowledgeable and very patient! as we spent 5.5 hours while we asked tons of questions and test drove cars. We found our new SUVGV80. Staff was great too! I have had great experiences with Universal Genisis! My husband and I have purchased a number of cars through this dealership and have been happy with all of them. I currently have a Genesis GV 70 and love it. I’ve always been given great service from Ian Saitta. He always make sure I’m well taken care of. He comes out to greet me when I arrive and make sure Everything is good when I leave. He even responds to my text questions no matter how small they are. He treats me like a friend rather than just another customer And to me that is great customer service!!
