I tried calling other Jeep dealerships near Katy for a recall...wow. Confusion, AI operators, and four hour wait estimates...When I called University, I got right through to a competent employee in service, named Jeff. He estimated repair time and got me in and out fast. Great service department! Highly recommend. Will return.

After a previous car dealership visit, we decided to check out University CDJR in Sealy to see what they had. Jayden was there to greet us, and he had the car we were interested in waiting for us at the front. Once we took a look, he helped us with the paperwork and got us the numbers we needed. Tony from Finance wrapped up the deal with great enthusiasm and even gave our daughters a little something extra 🍭. Overall, the experience was definitely worth it. I found University Jeep while doing an online search. From the first moment I reached out regarding my interest, I was met by the friendliest and kindest people. Jayden and Jeremy were patient and personable without being pushy. When I made the decision on which vehicle I wanted, they worked through ALL the angles to make sure I received the best deal. Upon purchase, Tony answers all of my finance questions and went over every aspect of the process. I even had the added bonus of a bow because it was my birthday!
