Great experience stopping by Honda of Corvallis. The dealership is clean, well organized, and has a really nice showroom and waiting area. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Seemed like they focus on providing a great customer experience.

Jeff assisted me this weekend with purchasing my first new car. From the beginning to the end his service was exceptional. He was very welcoming and patient with all of my questions and then when he handed me over to Jason the phenomenal experience continued to roll over. I had been shopping for a vehicle for over 2 months and I had a feeling when I pulled into University Honda of Corvallis that I was going to be walking out in a new car. I even had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was just as welcoming and just as kind as his employees. My honey is a stickler about car dealers and said this place was great. We have been telling all our friends about this place. You don't walk out feeling like you got burned on a deal! You feel content! I am pleased with my upgrade.

Your customer service rep, Brian, is exceptional and made sure this time that everything was handled properly. You could use more like him. He had my car washed.and waxed which was so kind of him. The only thing I can say that isn’t a positive is that whoever did the waxing used an electric buffer and now my car has the swirl marks from. I never use shortcuts every time my car has been waxed it wax on and wax off by hand only. Just food for thought that you should ask if your customer has a preference If it wasn’t for Brian I would have gone to a different dealer in the future. He was your salvation. Take good care of that one for sure. They don’t make them like that anymore or at least not often Mrs Johnson

Jeff Scoville of University Honda did an excellent job helping me choose the vehicle that best suited my needs, at the price I could afford. There was no pressure, just outstanding professional service. He showed me everything about the car and didn't hesitate to show it again when I had questions. He was personable without being smarmy. He understood that I was looking at a few other vehicles and worked with me to get me to the price I wanted to pay for a vehicle, while getting the best vehicle for that price. He looked up the history of the vehicle to tell me why UH had purchased it and when, and I felt he was on my side when negotiating with the manager. He has worked a long time in the business and it shows in his knowledge. He would be my first choice if I had to get another car in the future. The rest of the staff was attentive, personal, and helpful, too. The whole dealership was spotless and it's obviously well taken care of. Great place, great people.

I was traveling from Southern California to help my son move out from Oregon State and back home. My 2013 Honda pilot with over 260,000 miles died about 100 miles south of Corvallis. I had it towed to University Honda, where Bryan the assistant manager of service took care of my car. I had a bad alternator. The service technicians were great they made sure the battery was still working and that everything in my car was fine. They knew that I had to tow a trailer back to Orange county California so they made sure that my vehicle was tip top. I highly recommend University Honda and highly recommend Bryan as your contact. I'm always leery about going to the dealer for service but not at University Honda. If I could take my other Honda vehicles there to service, I would. Maybe the next time I go to Corvallis Oregon I'll drive my CRV and have University Honda service it, just to get it done right.
