I flew to Albuquerque to buy a car from this dealership, and the entire process was very professional so I would like to instill confidence if others are interested in the same. They had a particular model with low mileage, strong maintenance history, options that I could not find anywhere else, at a price several thousand dollars under the market where I am. Immediately after sending an inquiry, Charles responded. He was great. Smart guy, always responded quick with my questions. Around 2 weeks went by and I decided to buy it so with a basic deposit they agreed to take it off the market while I could arrange flight. Charles picked us up at the airport, and we paid for the car with the expert help of Lucas, and drove it home. After the sale, 3 weeks later they sent by courier the title. Everyone is a pro here and they know how to do business. Thank you University VW Mazda.

Very very pleasant shopping experience for my VW Jetta. Shaundra was amazing and knew her cars inside and out. And Riley was very nice and took care of me after the sale with some things. I absolutely love my '26 VW Jetta. My next car will most likely be another VW and if I'm still in New Mexico I'll be getting it from University VW/ Mazda as well.

Michael Zimmerman made buying a vehicle smooth, hassle free and friendly!!! With absolutely NO pressure. Locally owned, great selection and done in less than a couple of hours with test driving!! Found three different cars on their website I was interested in. All of them "had a deposit". I showed them on my phone and they said, "well they're not sold so we cant take them off our website, but you can't look at them or buy them, but let me show you similar cars for 50% more." Didn't offer to get my info or follow-up, probably because the cars because the cars shown were already sold a while ago. If they use bait and switch to get you in the door, what other tricks are they up to.
